Opportunities include:• Contributions for General Operations• Event Sponsorshipso Annual Awards Banquet – The Annual Awards Banquet serves as a fundraiser to support Crime Stoppers' crime prevention programs, while honoring our local law enforcement agencies. Each year, Officer of the Year awards are presented to officers representing the Midland Police Department, the Midland County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Marshals Service, the Midland Fire Department, Texas Department of Public Safety, and school police. We also recognize and honor a person to receive the Cobos Award and an organization to receive the Sheriff Gary Painter Award.
o Fundraisers – We have two raffle fundraisers a year where we give away 40 prizes at each raffle. Any assistance in covering the costs of the fundraising expenses helps us use more money towards our community efforts. • Help support the Campus Crime Stoppers program with marketing materials that helps educate students about how they can keep their campuses safe.
